Rotor shaft assembly- Perfect industries provides rotor shaft assembly constructed with mild steel. This rotor shaft assembly includes mild steel made shaft fitted with plates and set of forged alloy steel beaters or hammers of rotor shaft assembly. This assembly evolves at a high velocity in the grinding chamber and beat the materials as it enters from screw feeders.
Retaining screen- Perfect industries provides perforated type or herringbone types retaining screens that are used in micro pulverizer. The retaining screens hold the materials in the chamber until the beaters and the liner pulverize the particles to the required size particle size. The retaining screens do not accomplish the particle sizes.
Feeding assembly- perfect industries provides feeding assembly with feed screws to convey the material. This feeding assembly also acts as a pre-crusher to reduce large soft mass material to admissible feed size. The feeding assembly is also equipped with reduction gear unit that operates feed screws to assure a uniform feed flow for better yield with maximum.
Serrated liner- Perfect industries provides serrated liner that is a replaceable liner. This serrated liner is useful for usage in the mill housing cover to present a series of `breaker` ledges to the material particles as they whirl around chamber at high speed.
